Hilltop Man Charged In June Slaying

A Hilltop man has been charged with shooting and killing a man during a home invasion in late June. Police are searching for 29-year-old Joseph Kibby, who allegedly killed 30-year-old Lee Bussey at the victim's North Warren Avenue home.  Kibby is one of two people who police say broke into the home and assaulted five occupants.
