The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration says inspectors have repeatedly found unsafe working conditions at Chinese-owned auto glass plant in Moraine. Complaints from workers at the Fuyao Glass America facility began after it opened last fall and led to multiple inspections. OSHA has proposed 227 thousand dollars in fines for for 23 "serious" safety violations and one other violation. The violations involve machine safety, electrical hazards and a lack of personal protective gear. The company has yet to comment. Last April, OSHA proposed 14 thousand dollars in fines.
