The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has fined Fuyao Glass America 14 thousand dollars for two "serious" safety issues at its plant in Moraine. The agency says the citations involve a lack of guarding that would prevent a machine from catching or touching an employee's hands and fingers. The other issue involves not securing floor coverings over a grate. Fuyao officials say issues identified at the plant have been corrected.
