Brice Residents Want State To Dissolve Their Village

A group of residents in the western Franklin County village of Brice is asking state lawmakers to dissolve the community, saying it's nothing more than a speed trap.  They cite a sudden speed limit decrease and hidden traffic enforcement cameras.  Village police say more than 50 people are cited each day.
