OHP: Independence Day Traffic Fatalities Down From Last Year

The Ohio Highway Patrol says 17 people died in traffic crashes during the Fourth of July holiday period, down from 13 a year ago. Impaired driving was a factor in five of the crashes. Troopers made 908 ovi arrests 624 for drug-related charges.
