A Fairfield County judge has sentenced the Pleasantville man who threatened two sheriff's deputies with a gun last year to 4-and-1/2 years in prison. 30-year-old Nicholas Norton pleaded guilty to multiple charges. Prosecutors say a mental health evaluation shows Norton was likely dealing with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder when he threatened the deputies who responded to a domestic disturbance report at his home. Norton, who was shot by one of the deputies, served with the U.S military  in Afghanistan.
