President Trump is threatening to "hold up" the just finalized trade agreement with South Korea to provide more leverage for talks with North Korea.

During a speech in Richfield yesterday touting his infrastructure plan, Trump said the "rhetoric has calmed down" with North Korea, as the two countries have announced plans to meet next month.  The renegotiation is set to be the first trade agreement concluded by the Trump administration. Trump also called on Congress to fund his proposal.

Trump says his plan will create up to 400 thousand new jobs.
