Former OHP Commander Sentenced On Cyberstalking Charge

A former Ohio Highway Patrol post commander accused of stalking a subordinate's wife after their affair ended has been sentenced to two years in prison. 

49-year-old William Elschlager previously pleaded guilty to a cyberstalking charge. Elschlager previously was sentenced to a month in jail on a theft conviction for stealing a gun seized in another investigation.
