No Charges Will Be Filed Out Of Opioid Exposure Incident At Ohio Prison

Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction

The Ohio Highway Patrol says no charges will be filed after a heroin-fentanyl mix led to an exposure problem at the Ross Correctional Institution in August.

The patrol cites a lack of evidence. 29 people were treated with naloxone after the patrol says an inmate obtained the mixture.
