OHP Says Opioid Mix Was Responsible For Ross Corrrectional Institution Exposure Incident

The Ohio Highway Patrol says the substance that led to 29 people at the Ross Correctional Instutition being treated for exposure Wednesday was a heroin and fentanyl mixture.

Officials have declined further comment.
