Survey: Hiring In Central Ohio To Be Flat In First Quarter Next Year

A new survey by the staffing agency Manpower Incorporated shows central Ohio companies expect hiring  to remain steady this winter as compared with a year ago. 

24 percent of regional employers expect to add jobs between January and March, while 6 percent plan to cut jobs.  The 18-point spread 1 point lower than a year ago. Hiring is expected across most sectors, including retail, professional and business services, leisure and hospitality, private education and health care, and manufacturing.
