Authorities have released the name of the L Brands worker who died at the company's Reynoldsburg facility last week after getting caught between a conveyor belt and some boxes.
The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health administration has released no other details in the death of 56-year-old Harvey Beavers. But witnesses say Beavers was helping load product onto a truck when the accident happened. An investigation continues. This the third workplace fatality in as many weeks in central Ohio.
