Columbus police say two kids driving a stolen car crashed into a COTA bus downtown after running a stop sign Friday.
Officers called off a pursuit before the accident happened, monitoring its progress from a helicopter. The vehicle was reported stolen from the 200 block of Hanover Street, and crashed near the intersection of East Town Street and Lester Drive. One of the suspects and a passenger on the bus were injured.
