State Limiting Operations At County Fairs Due To COVID-19

After reports of outbreaks of COVID-19 traced to county and local fairs,  Ohio Governor Mike DeWine is calling for junior fairs only, banning many of the usual trappings of large fairs:

Dewine says limiting fairs to the junior livestock, skill and craft exhibitions will preserve the heart of the fair while reducing exposure to coronavirus. The restriction takes effect this Friday.
