Civil rights activist Reverend Al Sharpton is scheduled to deliver a eulogy at a memorial service Tuesday for the unarmed black man shot and killed by a white Columbus police officer in December.

The memorial service for Andre' hill is scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday at the First Church of God on Refugee Road. The family says civil rights attorney Ben Crump, who organized the service, will issue a call to action. Officer Adam Coy shot and killed Hill December 22nd as Hill emerged from a garage holding a cell phone. Coy has been fired, but Hill's sister Michelle Hairston says body cam footage released last week demonstrates Coy should be arrested and prosecuted:

Two other siblings of Hill, sister Shawna Barnett and brother Alvin Williams, say a wave of police killings of African-Americans over the course of decades show law enforcement must undergo change:

Reverend Sharpton also delivered a nationally-televised eulogy at a service for George Floyd, a black man whose death under  the knee of a white police officer in Minneapolis, Minnesota last year sparked international protests against police brutality.
