Columbus Withdraws Request To Stop Lyft

Columbus city officials are dropping their request for a temporary restraining order to immediately shut down another app-based ride-sharing service. They withdrew the request against Lyft yesterday, one day after a Franklin County judge rejected the city's request against Uber. City officials say the companies violate vehicle-for-hire rules, and they are asking for more time to draft new regulations.
