Defendant In Bribery Scheme At State Treasurer's Office Sentenced

A conspirator in a bribery scheme involving a former deputy state treasurer has been sentenced to four years in prison.  Mohammed Alo is one of three people who allegedly used the position of then-deputy treasurer Amer Ahmad to enrich themselves and their companies by securing lucrative state business. Ahmad is under arrest in Pakistan, where he fled to avoid sentencing.
