Kokosing Now Admits Overpass Demolition Plan Was Flawed

Westerville-based Kosking Construction says a flawed demolition plan contributed to the collapse of the Hopple Street overpass along I-75 in Cincinnati that killed a worker in last month. A statement released by the company over the weekend says it shared the preliminary findings with federal and state investigators. The parents of 35-year-old Brandon Carl are suing the Ohio Department of Transportation over the collapse.
