NE Ohio Fracking Disposal Well Operator Must Submit Cleanup Plan Today

The Ohio EPA says operators of a fracking waste injection well in Vienna Township where two thousand gallons were spilled in April must submit a cleanup plan by the end of the day today. Kleese Development Associates operates the well. Residents reported dead animals near a local pond and a sheen on the water's surface. Operations at the facility have stopped. The cause of the spill has yet to be determined.
