Fracking Chemical Spill Reported In Northeast Ohio

wfmj.com

Vienna Township residents are waiting to hear from state environmental officials whether their drinking water is safe following a spill of 2 thousand gallons of fracking chemicals at an injection well facility. Residents last week reported dead animals near a local pond and a sheen on the water's surface. Inspectors traced the spill to a Kleese Development Associates facility, which operates five injection wells.
