Man Killed By New Straitsville Cop

State investigators believe a man was acting erratically and attacked a police officer before he was shot and killed by a cop on Saturday. The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation says a carryout employee reported the man acting erratically inside the store on Main Street in New Straitsville. A responding officer shot the man after a confrontation. Officials have not released the names of the man or the officer.
