A new study by CoreLogic shows mortgage delinquency rates in Ohio are declining.

CoreLogic chief economist Frank Nothaft says Ohio's rates vary by region.  He says overall staet delinquency rates are declining because of an improving economy, job and income growth, and rising home prices.
