Public records show the Columbus police officer who shot and killed a woman after she reportedly stabbed him show a history of violence, drugs, domestic disputes and disturbances at the 15 local properties he owns.
Andrew Mitchell killed 23-year-old Donna Castleberry in August. Her friends and family held a protest outside of Columbus City Hall Monday, demanding justice. The shooting is still under investigation. Records also show Mitchell has been investigated internally seven times.
