The Central Ohio Transit Authority has begun implementing service changes.
Departure and arrival times for at least 12 stops are being changed, and a new park and ride is opening at Trillium Avenue in Canal Winchester. COTA makes adjustments in January, May, and September. The newest changes can be found on the agency's website: cota.com.
