Two Westerville police officials will serve as interim chief as the city searches for a permanent leader.
Assistant Chief Charles Chandler will serve for three months beginning Friday. Assistant Chief Holly Murchland will serve for three months starting in April. Joe Morbitzer is leaving to take over the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation.
