Delaware County health officials are investigating a case of Legionnaires' Disease at an area nursing home.
Lab results show a resident at Country-View of Sunbury Nursing and Rehabilitation Center contracted the bacteria. The nursing home is restricting water use to reduce potential exposure. In a statement, the Delaware General Health District says it's working with the facility to identify additional residents for testing.
