Another lawsuit has been filed against Mount Carmel Health System regarding the Legionnaires' Disease outbreak at its Grove City hospital.
James Lawton alleges he contracted the disease in late May because of his exposure to the hospital's water system. This is the fourth suit filed after 16 people contracted the disease, one of whom has since died.
