Company Pleads Guilty To Illegal Dumping Of Fracking Waste

A Youngstown company has pleaded guilty to illegally dumping fracking wastewater into a storm sewer 33 times between October 2012 and January 2013.  A judge fined the company, Hardrock Excavating, 75 thousand dollars. Company owner Ben Lupo pleaded guilty in March 2014 and was sentenced to 28 months in prison.
