An Athens man has won a 5 thousand dollar judgment against former Ku Klux Klan leader David Duke as part of a lawsuit against white supremacists and neo-Nazi protesters.
Bill Burke says he sutained severe injuries when he was struck by a car that also killed counterprotester Heather Heyer during a white nationalist rally in Charlottesville, Virginia two years ago. Duke denies allegations that he promotes violence.
