OSU Self Reports Football Team Violations

Ohio State University's athletic department has reported four infractions by the football team to the NCAA.

The infractions last year involved texting a recruit outside of an allowed window, overpayment of preseason expenses to a player, providing free parking for six recruits during a gameday visit, an allowing a player to join the team before eligibility paperwork had been fully processed. OSU says the NCAA reviewed the infractions and esolved each case with minimum penalties.
