OSU Athletics Projected To Lose Millions From Loss Of Fall Sports

WCBE files

Ohio State University says the athletic department is expected to lose nearly 130 million dollars in revenue because of the postponement of fall sports.

A fiscal report to be given to OSU trustees on Thursday links the losses to ticket sales, media rights, merchandise, concessions, and other revenue streams.  Officials did not include revenue projections if fall sports are played in the spring.
