Columbus fire officials say they suspect arson is the cause of an overnight blaze at the Summit Park Apartments on the Northeast side that damaged 36 units.No one was hurt. Many residents of the apartment complex are refuges from Nepal. Firefighters believe it started in an area used for storing bulk trash.
