A parcel of vacant land in Olde Towne East is being transformed into a new apartment and retail complex.
Construction is underway on a project called The Yardley, which will create 78 apartments and first-floor retail space on Parsons Avenue near East Chapel Street. Preliminary work is underway pending final approval from the Ohio EPA. Developers hope to have it completed next fall.
