Ohio's Eminent Domain law

Columbus, OH – Governor Ted Strickland has signed a new Ohio law to make it harder for local governments to use eminent domain to take private property for economic development. But some supporters of the new law are worried that it doesn't go far enough. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
