Commission approves 12 weeks of materity leave

Columbus, OH – It's now official - Ohio companies that don't grant several 12 weeks of unpaid pregnancy and maternity leave could soon be found guilty of gender discrimination. The Ohio Civil Rights Commission has approved that rule. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
