Ohio lawmaker: scrap income tax to spur economy

Columbus, OH – One lawmaker says he has the cure for Ohio's ailing economy - eliminating the state income tax, which has been funding state government since 1971. But opponents say this kind of change doesn't make sense. Statehouse correspondent Karen Kasler reports.
