Columbus, OH – It's been three days since 70-mile-an-hour winds pummeled Ohio....and the state is still in recovery mode. An estimated 1.4 million electricity customers are still without power this (Wednesday) morning, but there are signs of progress. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen has the latest.
