Columbus, OH – Domestic violence remains second on a list of top crimes in Ohio, and costs the state more than a billion dollars a year in medical and other services for victims. Two state lawmakers are sponsoring bills to close loopholes in the legal system that allow domestic violence to happen. Ohio Public Radio's Karen Kasler reports.
