State health officials say a Franklin County judge has dismissed a lawsuit seeking to block implementation of certain Medicaid contracts. Aetna Better Health of Ohio had sued the state in a dispute over the scoring of contract applications. The company had tentatively been awarded a new contract. But a state review of the applications changed the points and meant the contract would not go Aetna.
