Sentencing Of Man Linked To OSU Memorabilia Scandal

The man federal prosecutors have linked to the OSU football memorabilia scandal pleaded guilty Thursday to charges of running a drug ring.A federal judge sentenced 33-year-old Rigoberto Gomez-Gomez to 15 years in prison for selling marijuana to Hilltop tattoo parlor owner Edward Rife. He was the major player in the scandal that resulted in NCAA sanctions against the team.
