The Ohio Elections Commission has found probable cause that a mailer paid for by the Ohio Republican Party violates state election law.A commission panel says the mailer contains misleading information on Issue 2, the redistricting proposal opposed by Republicans who have controlled the process for years. The Commission has scheduled a full scale hearing for October 4th. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
