"Hilltop Creeper" Indicted

The man Columbus police have dubbed the "Hilltop Creeper" was indicted by a Franklin County grand jury yesterday.Deneen Black faces charges of gross sexual imposition, kidnapping and burglary. Black is charged with breaking into seven Hilltop homes and groping or watching women as they slept. Police say he is responsible for 19 such incidents dating back to December.
