Wright Flyer Crash Blamed On Poor Welds

The National Transportation Safety Board says shoddy welding on propeller shafts is to blame for the fatal crash of a Wright Flyer replica last year.Investigators say welds on the shafts were not complete, and likely led to the engine and handling failure that caused the plane crash in a Clark County field, killing both pilots.
