Probation Ordered In Mortgage Fraud Case

A Federal judge has sentenced a Dublin man to three years probation for his role in a mortgage fraud scheme.30-year-old Warren Coman likely will be required to pay restitution for profiting from flipping 38 properties by talking kickbacks and inflating appraisals to obtain bank loans. The judge says that determination will be made at a later date.
