Bridge Bomb Plotters Seek Reduced Prison Time

Two of the men who pleaded guilty last week in a failed plot to bomb a highway bridge over the Cuayhoga Valley National Park are appealing their prison sentences.21-year-old Brandon Baxter and 27-year-old Douglas Wright say they were entrapped by an FBI informant who provided a dud bomb device. A third defendant sentenced last week also plans to appeal. A fourth defendant is considering withdrawing his guilty plea if he doesn't get the lenient sentence offered in return for his cooperation. A fifth defendant is undergoing a psychiatric exam.
