Marion County Sheriff's deputies say they shot and killed a man Sunday night.Deputies say 40-year-old Byron Holveck was threatening his girlfriend and neighbors at a local trailer park, and fired several shots into his trailer and into the air hours before they arrived. Deputies say Holveck turned a toy gun on them when they responded to the scene following citizen complaints. Deputies say they believe it was a case of "suicide by cop."
