State Investigating Local Charter School

A Columbus charter school is under investigation for its education of special-needs students.Ohio Department of Education investigators are reviewing student records at the Scholarts Preparatory and Career Center. At issue is Scholarts' reported failure to meet federal special-education guidelines.
