Committee Takes No Action Against Congressman

The U.S. House Committee on Ethics says no action is needed on a dismissed public intoxication charge against Ohio Democratic Congressman Tim Ryan.The committee says the matter is closed. A judge dismissed the case earlier this month. Ryan was charged in August while attending a staff member's wedding in western Virginia.
