Resource Officer Due In Court Next Month

A former Columbus police officer will be in court next month to plead guilty to child-sex charges.49-year-old Todd Smith is charged with exchanging sexually explicit text messages with two 15-year-old Centennial High School students while working as the school's resource officer.
