Near-blizzard conditions yesterday dumped between five and ten inches of snow on Central Ohio.The Ohio Department of Transportation has 122 snow plow operators working 12-hour shifts to clear the roads of snow and ice. Columbus city officials have 90 trucks in service to clear streets. Port Columbus officials say flight schedules are returning to normal this morning, after dozens of planes were grounded yesterday during the winter storm. Meantime, Greyhound but passengers are on the move again, after being stranded downtown.
